Class Description:
Cardio Kickbox --(Jillian Michaels) A cardio/strength class (no weights) that keeps your heart rate
 elevated the entire class--AWESOME!
Sculpt-- Total body conditioning and cardio using weights, tubes, blocks and reebok step.
Butts&Guts--Focusing on inner/outer thigh, glutes, hamstrings & abs using stability ball and/or bench
Total Body-- Intervals of upper-lower body muscle conditioning and abs work using body bar & weights
40/10/10 --Upper / Lower body muscle conditioning, cardio & abs
Kickbox&Muscle--Bring it on!  Half kickbox skills/half muscle conditioning using weights and reebok step
Mix & Match-- Intervals of cardio, strength, and abdominal work using reebok bench
Matwork Muscle--Upper body, lower body & ab strength on the mat
Beginner Muscle-- Less repetitions, less weight, cardio & abs (learn which muscle you are working)
Above the Belt-- Cardio workout with punching drills followed by abs & upper body strengthening
Armed&Dangerous-- Punching/kicking cardio workout learning self defense moves
Stretch Out --Relaxing 1 hour of total body stretch
Walk Away Lbs-Great cardio workout! Fun music!
Kickbox&Bag Work--Cardio kickboxing with kicking & punching a weight bag
Tighten That Tummy --30/45 minutes targeting lower, mid, upper abs & obliques
Stability Ball--Total body workout on the ball, including some cardio, with or without weights
Sit & Be Fit--Total body workout using a chair and weights
Splish ~ Splash--Fun interval workout in the pool
Shape Up--30/45 minutes of jumping jacks, jump rope, squats, lunges, push ups & abs
Cardio Mix-- A fat burning and cardio conditioning workout
Long & Lean--30 minutes of sculpting your abs, glutes, inner/outer thighs using the circle
Booty Camp--One hour of aerobics, strength & abs using reebok bench
Circuit Training- 8 different exercises repeated twice, cardio, strength and abs
Bench, Bodybar & Ball--One hour total body workout

About me:

At age 16 I started my first job at a nursing home. From there I pursued my career

and went to Northeastern University for Nursing.

During this time I worked as a certified home health aide.

At 23, I married and had my first child a year and a half later. Now, at 41 I have 4 children, ages 10-17.  In 2001, I joined the YMCA for kickboxing, 

three years later I was teaching it. That was my start into the fitness world. I have since received my black belt. Now I teach a variety of classes

Boredom not allowed!! 

 I also love to participate in the Jimmy Fund 26.2 mile walk which is held annually. 

Last Fall, I was very excited to be appointed LULULEMON Ambassador for 2008-2009!!!!   

 I teach at Maria's Extreme Gym, Baystate Athletic and the YMCA.

I hold certifications in Kickboxing and Group Exercise  *  CPR Certified

           

I love to exercise, if I'm not doing it, I'm talking about it!
I try to push my classes to work hard. "Get the thoughts
out of your head, you can do it," I tell them.
