Find Your Core- Back, hip and glute strengthening, variation of planks and balancing w. core board
Cardio Kickbox --(Jillian Michaels) A cardio/strength class (with or without wts) that keeps your heart rate elevated the entire class--AWESOME!
3/2/1 --3 minutes cardio, 2 minutes reebok bench, 1 minute core, intervals repeated 4 times
Total Body Conditioning-- Total body conditioning and cardio using weights, bars, tubes, blocks etc....
Outdoor Bootcamp-- Intervals of cardio, strength, and abdominal work, bring it on! 
Cardio Mix & Stretch- Variety of cardio & strength exercises, ending with total body stretch
Cardio Abs- Cardio workout working the core and obliques
 EXtreme Abs --30 minutes targeting the entire abdominal area and core
Stability Ball Bootcamp--Total body workout with the stability ball, with or without weights, no cardio
Strength, Balance & Flexibility/Abs- Strength workout, challenging balance, leaning muscles
Wake Up Workout - 8 different exercises repeated twice --cardio, strength and abs....AWESOME!
Total Body Stretch- Calm it down with 45 minutes of relaxation
Kickbutt Kickboxing-- Starts w. punching sequence, kicks then bag work---AWESOME !
Arms, Legs, Bums & Tums- Focusing on arms, hips, thighs, legs, glutes and entire core area on the mat
Strength Circuit- 30 minute workout, at stations, using weights, tubes, bars etc
Walk Away the Lbs & Abs -  Cardio aerobics class w. fun music, 1 lb. wts can be used
Firm Express - 40 minutes of weight training working multiple muscle groups
Cardio Tone- Fun aerobic cardio workout using 1 lb. weights, good workout
Power Walking Class- Meet at different locations and power walk for one hour

About me:

At age 16 I started my first job at a nursing home. From there I pursued my career

and went to Northeastern University for Nursing.

During this time I worked as a certified home health aide.

At 23, I married and now have 4 children, ages 11-18. 

 In 2001, I joined the YMCA for kickboxing, three years later I was teaching it. I have since received my black belt.

 That was my start into the fitness world!

Here, at Maria's Extreme Fitness, I teach two classes a day on most days, having teenagers right up to women in their 50's.

IN 2008, I WAS VERY EXCITED TO BE APPOINTED LULULEMON AMBASSADOR!!!

 I hold certifications in Kickboxing, Group Exercise, Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition.......

Will be adding Sport Specific Trainer soon......

I love to exercise, if I'm not doing it, I'm talking about it!
